Terlet - skid mounted unit

Recently we have delivered a skid mounted unit to a customer in South-East Asia for the preparation of pizza and pasta sauces.
The unit consists of two 600 liters steam jacketed cookers where the ingredients are mixed together and heated up to the required temperature of 95° C.
Water can be dosed automatically by means of a flow meter, other ingredients are loaded manually from an operator platform into the cookers.
After a pre-set cooking time the sauce is transferred with a positive displacement pump to further use in customers products.
In case a cold end product is required for further use, the product is lead through a Terlotherm, type T 2-6 scraped surface heat exchanger where it is cooled down with ice water to 10° C.

The unit is suitable for CIP cleaning and is further equipped with simple PLC controls.
