Aseptic fruit preparation line designed by Terlet Processing Systems

Terlet Processing Systems has build an aseptic fruit preparation line. With this process line it is possible to manufacture 2.000 kg fruit preparation per hour.

The process line is completed with following components from Terlet:

  • MMR vacuum cook/mixing tank for mixing and heating ingredients
  • Dissolvement tank including a Jongia High Shear Mixer for dissolvement of the binding agents
  • Horizontal buffertank with a scraped agitator
  • Heat exchanger, type Terlotherm for heating to the pasteurization temperature
  • Scraped surface heat exchanger, type Terlotherm for cooling the product to the set temperature
  • Van Meurs Bag in Drum 220 litre packaging system

Due to the fact that we  build and test the process line in our factory, we can realize a very short assembly time on site.
