We at Terlet, are proud to announce that we have delivered our first turn key process unit for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The process plant we delivered, is designed as a multi purpose plant meaning that it can prepare all different types of emulsified sauces, such as mayonnaise and dressings, as well as all types of cooked sauces, such as ketchup and other red sauces, with or without particulates. The unique main vessel and central driven agitator design enables our client to prepare different products such as soups and jams. The preparation unit itself is our Culimaster batch unit, type CM 1500, which is able to prepare up to 1500 liter sauce every batch. This machine is able to produce 2 to 3 batches every hour, meaning that the average capacity can go up to approximately 4000 kg per hour. Since the Culimaster is executed with a heating jacket it is also able to prepare cooked sauces, such as all types of ketchups and red sauces. In order to create even more  flexibility and to make the overall output of the plant even higher, we also supplied a buffer tank unit, complete with a Terlotherm scraped surface heat exchanger for external cooking and / or cooling. This additional investment enables the client to have the Culimaster ready available for the next batch while cooling and filling. This batch system, that can basically produce any type of sauce the client desires, truly is multi purposeful!
