Jams and fruit preparates

Terlet specializes in two main product groups within fruit based products.  Jams and filling for bakery products, chocolate etc, thank their shelf life stability to a very high dry matter and sugar content (Brix value). Efficient production of these  products takes place by vacuum cooking.

Fruit preparates for products like yoghurt and quark need to be produced under aseptic conditions. As fruit is delicate for both mechanical and thermal impact, extra care on processing should be taken.
