For fruit preparates, also often referred to as “yoghurt fruit”, the aseptic conditions after pasteurization are essential.

The Terlotherm scraped surface heat exchanger, designed three decades ago for fruit preparates, provides effective heating and cooling without damaging the product.

Equipped with a flushed seal the Terlotherm performs under aseptic conditions and delivers large quantities of “hardly touched” fruit based products.

Fruit preparate production lines with capacities up to 5 metric ton per hour can be built. Combining Terlet premix tanks, with or without evaporation ability with aseptic buffer tanks and the Van Meurs Bag- in-Box filler.
