Terlet is launching a newly developed laboratory version of the Terlotherm (scraped surface heat exchanger). This laboratory skid is an innovation in the area of R&D activities.

The skid has been provided with two units which ensures that the product can be heated and cooled in one operation on a laboratory scale.

Special functions

The Terlotherm laboratory skid can be used when developing products that are processed with conventional scraped surface heat exchangers (SSHEs). A frame that slides out ensures that you can position a holding section between both units. This ensures that pasteurisation processes can be tested on a laboratory scale. The test results can, therefore, be efficiently translated to apply to a production level setting.
