Principles
The TERLOTHERM is a vertically designed scraped surface heatexchanger with two concentric heatexchange surfaces to provide optimum heat transfer. In particular the TERLOTHERM's unique scraping properties make it eminently suitable for heating and cooling of viscous pumpable products.
The design of The TERLOTHERM enables products to be handled without causing damage to the product, even if it contains whole fruit pieces or vegetables up to 25mm.
