Vacuum aseptic filling machine

As an alternative to the “dry vacuum pump”, that, combined with a vacuum separator, takes care of vacumizing the bag prior to filling, now the option of a liquid ring vacuum pump is available. The use of this new vacuum pump in the aseptic filling machines enables us to eliminate both vacuum separator and -buffer reservoir. The whole vacuum system can be cleaned in place, steam flushed and sterilized.
