Van Meurs systems have a high output. As a result of this increased output the handling cost per litre of product is very low compared to many competitors.

Vacuum system

As an alternative to the “dry vacuum pump”, that, combined with a vacuum separator, takes care of vacumizing the bag prior to filling, now the option of a liquid ring vacuum pump is available.

The use of this new vacuum pump enables us to eliminate both vacuum separator and -buffer reservoir. The whole vacuum system can be cleaned in place, steam flushed and sterilized.

Fully Automatic systems

Certainly for larger capacities, the possibility of supplying the Van Meurs filler as a fully automatic system can be interesting. Bag supply, discharge, positioning in the box, as well as the box handling takes place fully automatically.
