The van Meurs B-100 is designed for filling bag-in-box and buckets and can be used for the filling of liquid products in all types of bags with every type of cap.

Thanks to the universal frame it is possible to fill the bag with or without the box.

The roller conveyor is adjustable in height and can also be placed at an angle.Thanks to the various adjustment possibilities of the filler it is possible to fill in different ways.

Operation

After a bag is brought in a closing-handle is operated and the filling process starts. The cap is automatically taken away and the bag is filled.

Before the cap is replaced the filling head is cleaned briefly to remove the last drips. After the bag is removed a new bag can be positioned.

PLC and Flow measurement

The PLC of the Van Meurs B-100 is equipped as standard with options for filling bags and baskets. The desired volumes can be adjusted to standard and by the operator.

Thanks to the accurate flow measurement the bags can be filled with high accuracy. By means of a display faults and errors can be traced quickly. On the display one can choose the filling volumes, keep up to date the filled amount and when the machine needs service.
