Let’s process cheese sauce!

Just finished a successful run sterilizing and filling of processed cheese sauce in our Terlet Technology Centre. Main equipment in this line are the Terlet bottom driven vessel, the Terlotherm® Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger and the Van Meurs® Bag-in-Box filling machine. This process is very suitable to upscale production capacity and achieve a high-quality, long shelf life end product!
